After removing the wiper arms, carefully pry up the plastic grill. There are, I think, 5 plastic pins along the bottom of the grill and 2 at the two top corners. They'll fly away if you're not careful. With the grill off, there are 3 nuts around each wiper post and one behind the wiper motor that you can get at after removing 4 screws around the motor and pulling it away from the firewall.
