In the 2008 Skoda Octavia, the air conditioning (AC) filter, or cabin filter, is typically located behind the glove compartment. To access it, you may need to remove the glove box by unscrewing a few screws and disconnecting any clips. Once the glove box is out, the filter can be easily reached and replaced. Always consult the vehicle's manual for specific instructions related to your model.

Depends on the registration. For a 2008+ Octavia, the fusebox is located to the side of the driving console. Open the driver's door and it's located on the side. There's a small notch near the bottom of the cover, which can be carefully removed with a flathead screwdriver. It's a bit of a pain to fit back again - just slide the panel back, making sure the relevant catches are lined up with the holes. I'm not a mechanic or anything, just an Octavia owner.
My experience of owning one (2008 2.0 Elegance Estate), and talking to other owners is that the radio reception/sound quality is very poor. AM is awful, and FM suffers interference. Mine also suffers from a rattling noise from all 4 doors, which other people have also complained about.
The cars for this season have been changed from stick shifters to paddle shifters and the drivers now have five different settings to adjust their fuel mixtures. In the 2007 season, drivers did not have the option to adjust fuel mixture, therefore the length of time between pit stops was fairly regulated. With the return to fuel mixture adjustments, the 2008 season will definitely be one to watch when it comes to pit strategy.

If you are not able to adjust it down with the idle adjust knob you may have an airleak at the carb.
