It's not easy. The backlight lamp is located inside the LCD screen and in order to change it you'll have to take apart the whole LCD screen.
In the following link you can see and example of removing and replacing laptop backlight lamp.
If you have no experience, I would recommend taking your laptop to a professional repair shop. You can break your laptop if you do it yourself.
