Take a flat screwdriver, and stick it in between the black frame, and dashboard, in the middle, and push down, there is 3 small clips in middle and left, click them down, and take the black frame out.
Now take a Torx 20 screwdriver, and take the 2 screws out, now the speedometer is loose, you need to pull a little, and take the 2 wires out.
Change the bulbs, and do again reverse.
