The 1696 Ford Escape Headlamp bulbs are accessable through a panel under the hood. It has a wire holding it closed, just push down, and it should move. The instructions in the manual are accurate for the Low Beam, unplug it by squeezing the tab, and pulling down. The High beam instructions are WRONG. This one unplugs, and you have to turn it. You use the base like a key, and it should turn counterclockwise. I don't know how to change the turn signal bulb, I am still looking. THIS ANSWER HAS BEEN 'CUCED'!
