Grip the central fan control knob and pull to remove it. (Make a mental note of whatever setting you currently have the fan at - you will need to replace the knob in the same position).
In the cavity behind you will see a single bulb, which illuminates all of the the heater, fan and aircon switches & dials.
To replace it is quite tricky, due to the confined space. I would recommend using some needle-nose pliers, and if you can cover the tips with rubber, or putty to help you grip the glass bulb gently then all the better.
