Go to Advance Auto Parts and purchase 2 cans of Seafoam FI cleaner. Follow directions on can. Use both cans in 2 tanks of fuel. Excellent FI cleaner. Techron is also very good if you can't find Seafoam.

its quite simple just unbolt the fuel rail which is the line plugged into the top of the fuel injector then unplug the wiring to it, lift up on the fuel rail and pull the injector out make sure that when you replace it, that you replace the o-rings at the top & bottom of the injector and slightly lube with clean oil
