Removing and Installing Cover at Gearshift Lever

1. Remove plastic frame upward
(Picture shows the trim piece around the shifter.)

2. Remove covering in stowage compartment
Note: Fastened with pin
(Picture shows stowage compartment in front of shifter.)

3. Remove center console insert
Note: Remove screws (2 each) from insert floor
(Picture Shows compartment under console armrest being removed.)

4. Press cover out of catch in center console ~ at rear and sides with long wedge
(Pry up console cover at rear edge that was exposed by removing compartment.)

5. Disconnect connectors from center console switch group

6. Install in the reverse order
