There is no fuse in the owner's manual labeled "Cigarette Lighter"... I assume the cigarette lighter fuse is labeled as something else... Do you know what it is labeled?Could be labelled something like, Accessory, or, Aux. Hard to say. It should be a 15A fuse, so just pull all of the 15A fuses and make sure they aren't fried.
