You have to lock it from the outside with an extra key.
It should bleed its self when turning lock to lock while engine is running.

vapor lock happens the fuel boils in the line, maybe the line is too close to the engine, try putting foil around it.

Try putting the key in the ignition and taking out quickly, and or lubricate the ignition lock mechanism. it worked for me.
