There are a number of ways you can remove a stuck CD from a VW Beetle. You can take apart the CD player for example.

To remove a stuck cassette from a tape player, gently try to eject it using the player's eject button. If that doesn't work, turn off the player and carefully try to manually remove the cassette using a pair of tweezers or a flat tool. Be cautious not to damage the tape or the player. If you're unable to remove it safely, seek assistance from a professional technician.
Lock stuck or cable broken. You will need to get into the boot space throught the back seat and remove as much trim as needed until you can see the lock then open it from there manually.
If you are able to see the cd, or at least an edge, try to pry it out very carefully with something thin, or using pliers. If it is hard stuck, your only option is to remove the player from the dash to get at the cd.
To remove the stuck spark plugs, you can break them loose and then start to get them tighter as you rotate them out. The ratchet wrench can also be used to remove the stuck spark plugs.
