You'll have to remove dipstick tube first and then push broken dipstick out from the bottom side up. Before removal of the tube clean surroundings to avoid dirt from getting into engine.
Open the bonnet. Get a dipstick and clean it well. Insert the dipstick entirely into the oil tank. Remove it carefully and read the oil level.

The oil dipstick is built into the oil filler cap. Unscrew the cap, pull the dipstick out, wipe it dry and reinsert it. Remove it again to read the oil level.

You'll need to remove the alternator and also the oil dipstick. Remove the bolt that holds the dipstick on and when you move the dipstick out of the way the alternator will come out. Otherwise the alternator is too large.
I had the same issue and I could get the part out with a 0.6m long flexible grabber. First you should remove the oil separator. I not exactly could grab it, the broken part comes up together with the flexible grabber when I pulled it out.
