Just did it two hours ago. Followed the directions in the Haynes Service Manual. No problem. Remove triangular cover inside of the rear view door mounted mirror. It pulls straight out. The inside door handle is in two pieces. The cover piece must be pried off. Take care, don't use too much pressure and take your time. I used a flat wedge made from Plexiglas to reduce damage to the plastic parts. Behind the door handle cover there are two Phillips head screws that must be removed. The door lock knob must be removed. The door mounted speaker grill must be pried off. Again care must be exercised to prevent damage. The four Phillips head screws holding the door speaker must be removed. Lastly there are six Allen socket head screws along the panel edges that must be removed with a 1.5mm Allen wrench. the door panel should just about fall off being held by the various electrics which unplug with care and the door lock release which is easily broken if forced. Good Luck
