If the wiper arm will not come off after removing the nut you will need a small puller/extractor. I used one from Machine Mart part number CHT436 under £10.
You will have to remove the wiper arms, then remove the cowl, and then the wiper motor.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1995 Chevy Lumina front wiper motor. Remove the traveling arm linkage from the wiper motor. Remove the wiper motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new front wiper motor.

The 2002 Dodge Caravan takes 28" replacement windshield wiper blades on both sides front (and a 16" rear wiper blade).
The window washer squirters that the water flows from are on the centre of the wiper arms by the wiper blades. The filler bottle is located behind the front bumper.
To remove the rear window wiper arm on a 2008 Cadillac SRX, first, lift the wiper arm away from the glass. Locate the small nut at the base of the wiper arm and use a socket wrench to loosen and remove it. Once the nut is removed, gently wiggle and pull the wiper arm straight off the wiper motor shaft. Be careful not to damage the motor or the glass while doing this.
The front wiper reservoir is under the dash in front of the front left hand door. The rear window reservoir is in the back right corner behind an internal panel.
first remove the window wiper arms then remove the plastic trim this will reveal the heater motor, then unclip the electrics and the unbolt the motor (on some cars you have to remove the wiper motor to take out the heater motor)

My 2003 Sienna has one tank that is for the front and rear window. You might have a problem with your pump or something else. Does your front wiper work?
the rear wiper uses the same water tank as the front wiper and it is located in the engine area on the passenger side. There are 2 pumps in the tank -- one for the front, one for the back
