Hi there, This is really quite simple. You will need to remove the entire tail lamp assembly to do this.

open the rear tail gate.

locate the 2 10mm nuts (black plastic) on the right side of the left brake lamp assembly, (should also have a slot for a Phillips screw driver).

Remove these 2 nuts.

Tail lamp assembly is then pressed into a grommet at the rear. You will need to pull straight out towards the rear. (Might be tight) I sometimes use a plastic wedge to help pry off tail lamp assembly.

Once tail lamp is out, just depress the 2 plastic clips to release the bulbs from inside the assembly.

And replace needed bulbs. (brake light will be the top one) (12v 21w) single filament.
