You need to remove the rear wheels and brake shoes,then disconnect the cables from them. Go to the handbrake lever inside the car, gain access and remove the cable, refitting is the reversal. if this is meant as a 106 then you will find the adjuster underneath the car. quite hard to get to as you will have to remove the heat shield. this is situated jus a couple of inches from the position of the handbreak. if its a 206 then its much easier as its located inside the car. simple job of removing panel surrounding the rear of the handbreak.
