It is possible depending on what year and model you have. if you have a single din radio then you can replace it with a after-market radio that has a retractable touch screen. If you have a double din radio then it can be replaced with one that has a built in touch screen. You can also go as far as buying a new center dash piece that has a double din slot. There are several tutorials on this on a couple of different Mercedes-Benz forums but you will have to find those on your own as it is against the rules to post links here.
I don't know (or care for that matter) but there is a worldwide organisation who can help. The "Bagscott Baggaster' are a global charity who will value any car post 1961. Good luck!
To remove the wiper arm assembly from a 1993 Mercedes 190E, first, lift the wiper arms away from the windshield. Then, locate and remove the nut securing each wiper arm to the pivot post using a socket wrench. Once the nuts are removed, gently wiggle the wiper arms to loosen them from the post. Finally, pull the wiper arms straight off the pivot posts to complete the removal.
There can only be two problems. One is that there is a short to ground on the circuit. I would check where it goes through the door post to the door. The second is that the motor is shorted internally. You may try to unhook the wires from one of the connections and replace the fuse. If it still blows, the problem to between that point and the fuse box. Good luck.
To replace a fence post, you will need to dig out the old post, set a new post in the hole, and secure it with concrete. Make sure the new post is level and sturdy before reattaching the fence panels.
To replace a mailbox post, you will need to dig out the old post, install a new post in the same location, and secure it with concrete. Make sure the new post is straight and sturdy before attaching the mailbox.
Passenger side, bottom of the windshield support post
I just got a quote of $600 to replace the post and run new underground wiring, 45 ft.
It is located on the drivers side pillar post. It is visible through the windshield. It will have 13 symbols.
Should be at bottom of windshield while standing outside of car looking in where steering wheel is and it will be at bottom of windshield on the right plus it is on the door post or should be.
