Lift the the air cover off, this will show the the coil pack, loosen the wires to the coil packs by taking them out of the plastic holders, ease the rubber coil pack out of the housing with a flat bladed screwdriver and you will see the spark plugs down in the recess.

Where are the spark plugs located in Toyota Previa models from 1991-1996?

To change the Spark Plugs on a Previa (1991-1996) you have to remove the passenger front seat, lift the carpet and then you will find a cover on the floorplate that has to be removed. Once the floorplate cover is off you will see the engine. There is also a small cover over the spark plugs and wires that has to be removed. The 2.4 liter petrol engine uses small 16mm spark plugs and a small 16mm socket will be needed to replace the plugs.

How do you change the spark plugs in a 1993 Toyota tarago glx?

Remove the driver's seat and panels under the seat .This will show a metal cover on side of engine. Remove this and you will see the spark plugs. The plugs are damned expensive , but only require replacing every 100,000kms. I have had the same plugs since new, and it has now done 315,000kms and still doesn't miss a beat.
