remove the wheels. On the piston housing, there are two pin looking things poking out. gently hammer one of the pins in, be careful not to bend or damage it. once it is flushed with the housing, pull it out from the other side. Using a long nose pliers to hold on to the pin and hammering the longnose out works very well. once it is off, the locking device will swivel off and removing the other pin is very easy. Follow the steps on how to remove the first pin. then, gently push in the pistons on both sides - enough to loosen the pads. The square pads can then be easily pulled out. Then, push the pistons IN completely on both sides. Get your new replacement pads and generously apply the anti squeel grease on the metal surfaces - NOT THE CERAMIC or ORGANIC surfaces that face the rotor. Replace the locking pin (make sure that it has the locking frit on it, and put anti squeal grease to help it slip on in) and one side of the locking device. Hammer it on the housing flush on the housing. Now this is the hard part. Put the other locking pin on on the other side of the locking device. It takes patience, strength, and agility. Once it is on, you're done. Replace the tire.
