Unfortunatley you have to go to the dealer for this one. They will have the code there. They type in your VIN and the radio's serial number and give it to you without hassle. You should have received a little business card with the radio serial number and the radio code when you bought the car. If the display reads WAIT...that means the incorrect code was entered 3 times incorrectly and now the radio is waiting for approximately 1 hr before allowing you to re-attempt entering the code. Unfortunately, powering off the car, or disconnecting the battery causes the radio to restart the 1hr wait. I received the wrong code card with my car, this happened when I swapped out a dead battery. I eventually got fed up enough with it and decided to yank out the radio and put an aftermarket stereo in it. When I yanked out my radio, there was a sticker on the radio with the correct code. kinda defeats the purpose of having a security code. -Brian
