where is the brake light fuse for 2000 s500 Benz
reset radio
To reset the airmatic on a 2000 S500, remove the relay of the airmatic pump. It is in a slot O on the passenger side. It is most likely to be stuck on the on position. Then slip it back in.
Probably the speed wheel sensor needs to be reset
Just heard ten minutes ago from my son who has borrowed my 2000 s500 telling me he has reset the clock via the radio in the car.

I had not used the 2nd key fob for my 2000 S500 for several years, so it lost its memory. I took it to the dealer and they wanted $500 to reprogram it! After doing some research on MB forums I found I only had to insert it into the key slot and leave it for several hours while it re programed itself. Needless to say, I don't go to the dealership for service anymore. I have found an honest independent MB service center in Carlsbad, CA. Hope this works for you.
