Check the inside of the drivers door for the air pressure for your tire set up. Check all 4 wheels and make sure the they are the recommended tire pressure +2 lbs. (Accuracy of your gauge could influence how much + to add.) Drive the car for 3-16 minutes and it should reset itself. Most models don't have sensors on the spare but this would be a good time to check it out too.
If that doesn't work you could add a little more air. Beyond that the battery for one of the sensors is probably dead.
