Either the battery is defective and has a dead cell or something is on which is pulling power from the battery every night.
Battery may have a dead cell and need replacing.
To open a 2003 Porsche Boxster with a dead battery, first, locate the keyhole on the driver's door. Use the physical key hidden inside the key fob to unlock the door. Once inside, you can access the front trunk (frunk) to jump-start the battery or replace it. If needed, you may also be able to use a portable jump starter connected to the battery terminals.
pull hood release latch, located on the driver side left foot
If your Porsche Boxster's battery is not charging, it could be due to a faulty alternator, loose or corroded battery connections, or a dead battery that needs replacement. Check the battery terminals for corrosion and ensure they are securely connected. If the connections are fine, test the alternator to ensure it's generating the correct voltage. If the issue persists, it may be best to consult a professional mechanic for a thorough diagnosis.
Open the door and pull the hood release.
pull out the red tagged post in the fuse box at drivers left foot. use jumper cables to temporarily supply car with power, open hood and access battery :)

It can be a dead cell in the battery causing the drain. Disconnect the negative battery cable overnight. If the battery is dead the next morning it has a dead cell and needs replacing. It can also be any light that is staying on overnight. Under hood, trunk, glove box, dome light, etc. It can also be a relay that is stuck.
Dead Battery was created in 2000.
I had the same problem with my Boxter when the battery went dead. I called the Porsche dealer and he offered me a suggestion that worked great, Go to a auto part store and buy a small battery that plugs into your cigarette lighter for the purpose of starting cars when batteries are dead. Leave it plugged in for about 20 minutes and it gives you enough charge to open your hood latch. Make sure your door is open when you go to pop the latch, as I was sitting in my car with the door closed and trying to figure out why it wasnt working. Now I always keep one charged in my glove box. Good luck! Sue
