Without you doing other 'upgrades' at the same time it'll add 0hp. All the Mass Air Flow meter does is gauge the amount of air going into the engine and the ecu then takes that information and adds the correct amount of fuel for the amount of air going into the engine.
SCAM. Zero horsepower improvement. Some of the filters, specially the oil soaked ones will damage the air mass sensor, expensive to replace.

A MAF or mass air flow sensor, tells the engine how much air is coming into the intake so the engine can make the proper ajustments for the fuel delivery to be within the proper air/fuel mixture. Now by upgrading the MAF sensor you can see a small increase due to the new one being less restrictive and having a higher CFM rating, BUT they only see a diffence if you also have a less restrictive exhaust and or ported heads to add to the effect of more CFM and air flow.

air mass flow sensor is fixed near inlet manifold.

your mass air flow sensor is outta wack or your oxygen sensor... your mass air flow sensor is outta wack or your oxygen sensor...
There is no mass air flow sensor on a 98 accord only a map sensor
