You simply take off the wiper and replace it with a new one New answer: It all depends on what type of rear blade you have. There are ones that have a push button like the front blades. Then there are those you have to push out. My mini cooper (2004 S) has the kind you push out. According to the manual for this type you have to 1. Rotate the wiper arm completely out from the windshield. 2. turn the wiper blade as far as it will go to the rear. 3. Press the wiper blade against the limit and thus out of the mounting. 4.
