There would be no point in the car maker fitting an immobilizer that could be easily over-ridden.
that's a bad sign of engine trouble.

my mk3 astra 2.0l 16v red top is over fueling when turning over.
If an Astra turns over but doesn't start, it could be due to several reasons. Common issues include a lack of fuel reaching the engine, a faulty ignition system, or a dead battery that doesn't have enough power to initiate the combustion process. Additionally, problems with the starter motor or issues with sensors like the crankshaft position sensor could prevent the engine from starting even if it turns over. It's advisable to diagnose the specific cause to address the problem effectively.

Use exactly the weight that your owners manual recommends. All major brands of oil are excellent. I personally have used Pennzoil for over 50 years with not one internal engine problem.
The PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) system does this. As you are European and I am North American I should say that I do not know what this system is called over there.
Check your battery, neutral/park switch, brake switch (if part of immobilizer).
