A Jaguar dealer is the primary place to find quality, factory direct headlight bulbs for a Jaguar luxury sedan. Major auto parts dealers also stock a wide variety of quality headlight bulbs. Autozone, Napa and other national chains are reliable places to find headlight bulbs for a Jaguar luxury sedan.
The VW polo has headlight bulbs. If the headlights are not working, it may be a bulb has burnt out.

Do you mean headlight bulbs? Do you mean headlight assembly housing? What year is the vehcile? If you mean bulbs and depending on the year of the x-type, there's at least one option in sources and related links below.
If the parking/tailight fuse is good - then it may be a bad headlight switch No tail lights but the bulbs are working? Please explain.
Have you considered doing it yourself? It's generally pretty easy to change bulbs, and it's also usually pretty easy to find instructions on how to do it on the Internet (YouTube, for example). The dealer will ALWAYS be expensive, unless you are having work done that's covered by the warranty. i found someone online that said that the dealer charged him $790.00 for changing headlight and taillight bulbs on a Jaguar.
Before replacing the headlight bulbs on a 1997 Acura CL prop the hood open. Locate the headlight housing and remove the old bulbs. Install the new lights.

The headlight assembly (aka the headlight bucket) is removable by releasing the lock tabs behind the assembly. Once the assembly is wiggled out in the open you can easily replace the bulbs.
