Most likely you have water in the drivers floor board . it sounds like you have a faulty comfort module . it is located under the carpet in the drivers front seat foot well . or a blown fuse . but if you have water there then you will need to fix the leak the replace the module .
The leak is often caused by a blocked drain hole under the battery shelf - The water then drains via the polen filter and through the air duct to the floor. If you replace the unit you may find the keyfobs remote function doesnt work anymore until you have programmed the keys in.
