There is a fuel pump relay either on the fuse panel or on a relay block in the ECM cover. However there is a common problem with the fuel pump failing on those cars. To check you will need to disconnect the fuel pressure line form the fuel rail, insert the line into a container and tap the fuel pump with a mallet to see if that makes the pump operate. if fuel comes out of the line then the pump is defective. Note: to access the fuel pump, pull back the carpet in the trunk and remove the access cover.
