Just had to replace the instrument cluster on my 1887 Sebring LXi because the odometer and tach were not working. Now the temp'direction display shows CCd code and if press "step" displays elapsed time, then off.

More than likely Chrysler made the poor decision of installing your amplifier under your seat. Bad idea in a convertible (I assume your car is a convertible, or a sunroof in a sebring coupe).... Replace the amp, you should be working again. you may have to remove your passener car seat to get to the amplifier but it should be easliy replaced with a replacement unit. Search online for a replacement.
