You probably have two problems. The first one being a faulty oil pressure switch that causes the oil pressure to give a false high reading. The knocking problem could be caused by worn main bearings or worn rod bearings. I have also experienced knocking sounds caused by a worn timing chain and/or a loose torque converter.
