The oil to use is Mobil 1 synthetic 0-40W European blend.. It take 8.5 quarts.

You can drain it from the bottom. You will need to remove the bottom under panel, should be 6 8mm bolts, then you can see the drain bolt, remove the drain bolt and you can drain the oil.
