You have to take off the battery top cover then the plastic piece held on by two screws that are above the headlight box. Push down on the tab that covers the rear of the turn signal compartment. Pulling up will break the tab that holds it in place. I needed to take a screw driver gently removing the cover as I help down the tab.

What is the rotation order of tires on 2002 grand prix gt?

The information is located in the owners manual. However, in short: Drivers side rear to passenger side front, Passenger side front to passenger side rear, Drivers side front to drivers side rear, Passenger side rear to drivers side front. This is the rotation order for the older bias ply tires. Radial tires MUST maintain the same directional rotation as when they were first installed, otherwise the steel belts can slip or break, causing a blowout.
