run engine to operating temperature.remove the plastic covers below the sump.use 13mm socket to open sump plug .drain into suitable container.remove the oil filter lid .this is in front of the left hand side bank.we use a special tool for this .im sure spares shops sell a universal type tool.be carefull as it is plastic and can crack.when the lid is off renew the filter and the orings.these should be supplyed with the filter.let all the oil drain out the sump plug hole then put plug back with a new washer .tighten sump plug to 30 neuton meters.remove oil filler cap add 8 liters of oil .look in the service book for correct viscosity.we use castrol magnitec
