To turn off a 2003 Saab 9-3 car alarm without the key, you can try disconnecting the battery. Open the hood and locate the battery; then, carefully remove the negative terminal cable to cut the power to the alarm system. Alternatively, if you have access to the interior, you can also try locking and unlocking the driver's door with the manual key or using the override button, if available. If these methods don't work, contacting a professional locksmith or a Saab dealer may be necessary.

Wait for a few moments until the alarm stops, then turn the key back to the "Off" position. If the problem persists, consult the owner's manual or a professional for further assistance.

Press the unlock button to disarm the alarm, or insert the key into the driver's door lock and turn it to unlock the door. If the alarm continues to sound, disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes can also reset the system. Always refer to the owner's manual for specific instructions related to your model year.
