Pull off electrical connectors to fuel injectors, there are 4 of them, turn the engine over on
the ignition and the will momenteraly fire, stop engine ie take out key from ignition, replace electrical connectors to fuel injectors, turn key on ignition and with a bit of luck...

It WILL develope some slack though, and might jump a tooth, worsening performance and fuel economy. Parts are cheap for the felicia.
