Castrol Magnatec 10w40 is the best motor oil for hot, tropical climates...
To check the transmission fluid level on a 2001 Land Rover Discovery, start with the vehicle on a level surface and the engine running. Locate the transmission dipstick, which is usually found near the rear of the engine bay, and remove it to wipe it clean. Reinsert the dipstick fully, then remove it again to check the fluid level, which should be between the "hot" marks if the engine is warm. If the fluid is low, add the appropriate type of transmission fluid through the dipstick tube.
castrol TXT Castrol TXT is a 5w30 oil which is better suited for colder climates. Castrol Magnatec 10w40 is better for Hot Tropical climates...
i think the answer to this question is just that during the day, when the temperature is hot (sun) the heat emission that comes directly from the sun makes the land gets hot.
The Land Rover systems are self bleeding, just fill the header tank with water, then run the car while topping the tank up as the car pumps the water around the engine. Then go for a drive and ensure the heater is hot and check the water level when you return. If you have a re-occurring problem of air in your water system it would not be uncommon to have a blown head gasket or a cracked engine block.
I don't know exactly what you mean by "Hotwire the alarm"? If your thinking about "By-Passing the alarm"; FORGET IT! It's all an integeral part of something else. If your having a problem with false alarms(?) that's a different story. Be more specific in what your up to and maybe we can help you. Post the general area of where you live and I'll post some local Rover clubs that you can get together with too. There's always someone in them that has been in your situation at least once. Or type in "Land Rover Clubs, your state", in Google. Will we help you steal a Rover? HA! FAT CHANCE! All of us Rover owners may be nuts for owning one but we love'm anyway. I'll look forward to helping you out. Mileaway "Will someone please turn me over?"

movements due occur on land cause by a hot spots. a good example is kilauea in hawaii. its still rumbling because its on the hot spot. so yes, hot spots can generate an earthquake depending on the movement of the plates.
Indeed it can! a perfect example is Hawaii, it is a direct result of a 'hot spot' which is a result of plate tectonics.
It has been rumored a BMW Hydrogen 7 ( hot stuff- but the only exhaust is water vapor-true!) Also a range Rover similar to a Land Rover ( British Jeep if you don:t mind me being chauvinistic, like say Chinese Bulldog rather than Shar-Pei.
