I think the most important things for the success of any company is to manage the productivity, relation with workforce, working environment, consumers satisfaction, and balance of work. Therefore BMW brings the changes in the productivity by changing the outdated machinery which reduces the extremely expensive manufacturing process. It also provide the job security to the employee with good salary including bonus. It started to make their own car parts instead of importing from abroad. It established the healthy relation between workers and management. It started to meet the needs of consumers regarding safety, noises, and environmental concerns.
