These bills are called silver certificates rather than "paper silver dollars". However the last silver certificates were dated 1957. As you can see from the green Treasury seal and the words across the top front of the bill, you have a standard Federal Reserve Note which is only worth $1.
Please don't assume that every old bill is a silver certificate. If it has a green seal it should say Federal Reserve Note across the top front, not silver certificate. There's more information at the question "What is the value of a 1934 US 5 dollar Federal Reserve Note?"

Mixing silver and green typically results in a color that resembles a light mint or sage green, depending on the ratios of silver and green used.
Please check your bill again and post a new question. It's either not a silver certificate or not from 1950. All 1950-series $10 bills were issued as Federal Reserve Notes. These have the familiar green seal indicating they're FRN's and have the specific wording Federal Reserve Note across the top of the front of the bill.

The last $20 silver certificates are dated 1891. Your bill should have a green seal and the words Federal Reserve Note across the top of the front, which indicates that it's an older version of the current series of "greenbacks". None of these were or are directly redeemable for silver. There's more information at the question "What is the value of a 1934 A US 20 dollar bill?"
