High Specification Edition A HSE is the lowest spec for the l322 (unless its for the police then they do an SE) On a P38 series Range Rover HSE is one of the base models, but not the lowest. The lowest is 'County SE' , then HSE, then Vogue, then Vogue se Vogue LSE (range rover classic ) then 'Autobiography'.
No, what you have described sounds like a Land Rover County LWB (Long Wheelbase) and a Range Rover Vogue SE (special equipment). One is an original Land Rover with County spec, and the other is a high spec Range Rover.

On a Range Rover Vogue, "SE" stands for "Special Edition." This designation typically indicates a higher trim level that includes additional features, luxury options, and exclusive finishes compared to the base model. The SE trim often enhances the vehicle's comfort, technology, and overall aesthetic appeal, catering to buyers seeking a more premium experience.
