Mercedes decided to come out with all these extra services on the 2003 E class....why? I dont know, just stick to the A and B services and you will be fine, all those extra services are just usually dust filters for the a/c, air filters, minor stuff ect. Which will get replaced with a B service anyways
Although dealership prices vary you can expect to pay about $475 - $525 for a Flex B service. my dealship has it for 299.00 (Penski west covina)
The E430 has two types of standard service - Service A & Service B. Service A is a minor service which includes a check on fluid levels, etc; plus an oil change. Service B is a major service which checks on all important parts (replacing/filling as necessary), plus automatic replacement of the Dust Filter & an oil change. Some of the Service B work depends on how many miles the cars done and how long it is since it's last service. I have all the details in my service booklet, but it is pages long!
