I have a 2002 E320. The procedure is given in the owners manual. The 2003 may also have it in its manual. I have a 2000 E320 and found the procedure in my owners manual under FSS (Flexible Service Schedule) However, my instructions said to place the ignition key in position #1, which did not work. I had to place the key in position #2 for the reset procedure to work.
