The S-Class has slightly more room in terms of its wheelbase, length, height and interior room.

However sports a remarkably smaller 24 gallon gas tank as compared to the 36 gallons of the CLS.

Car is around 14k more expensive as well, it is Mercedes-Benz flagship vehicle. I prefer the looks of the CLS over the S-Class, but if you want to be top notch and luxury. The S-Class is the way to go.

Personally I have a CL65 AMG and the room inside is still enough for passengers in the rear.
