This symbol often represents that the car requires servicing or that a specific system needs attention. It’s advisable to check the vehicle's manual or consult a mechanic to diagnose and resolve the issue.

The spanner warning light on a Vauxhall Vectra 1.8 B typically indicates a fault in the vehicle's engine management system. It can signal issues such as problems with sensors, the throttle system, or other engine components. If the light comes on and off intermittently, it may suggest a minor issue, but it's advisable to have the vehicle diagnosed with an OBD-II scanner to identify the exact cause. Ignoring the warning could lead to more significant problems, so it's best to address it promptly.
