4.2 quarts of any engine oil 10w30 or 10w40 for summer.
5w30
5W-30
I have a 1992 Toyota Paseo and I use 5W-30 engine oil in it. Always have and that's what the owners manual recommends.
You need to use a Paraffin base viscosity oil like the Motorcraft YN-9........
It came from the factory with ( 5W-30 )
SAE 10w30 any major brand.
For a 1988 VW Cabriolet, it's recommended to use 10W-40 motor oil, especially if you live in a region with varying temperatures. Look for oil that meets the API (American Petroleum Institute) service classification of SF or higher. If you prefer synthetic oil, a high-quality synthetic 10W-40 can also be suitable. Always check the owner's manual for specific recommendations and guidelines.
I recommend Purolator, Wix, or Bosch. All these are quality filters.
I Use Chicken Oil!
that scooter takes 1 liter or 1.1 qt of sae 10w30
You can find oil for high milage vehicles at auto parts retailers. The oil is specifically formulated for high milage vehicles and will help with oil consumption,so they say
I would use the manufacturer recommended 10w30. Motorcraft does make oil, though valvoline or mobil 1 are both good also. Make sure that you use a Motorcraft oil filter though -- do not use fram at any cost.
