The transmission is not shifting in and out of gear or your front joint is going bad
Check into a new steering dampner, it's a common cause for shake at speed in a Jeep, but it could also be alignment or balance.
Your front, left or right axle needs to be replaced.
Track bar joints worn out.
I would assume that the car is not getting enough gas to the engine when at idle. Is it try to cut-off when at a stop. Check the fuel fliter, maybe put better gas into the car (mid-grade) or better.
U-Joints are busted.

check motor mounts
There are several reasons. Two common reasons would be warped brake rotors or a bad ball joint which should be fixed immediatly.
You have a misfire. Check the coil packs. If the first answer don't help also check your spark plugs and check your motor mounts and if that not it get you exhaust checked or do a compression test.
