On a 2002 Jaguar X-Type, the oxygen sensors are located in the exhaust system. There are typically two sensors: one upstream (pre-catalytic converter) and one downstream (post-catalytic converter) for each bank of the engine. The upstream sensors can be found near the exhaust manifold, while the downstream sensors are positioned after the catalytic converters. Accessing them may require lifting the vehicle and removing some components for easier reach.
The curb weight for a 2002 Jaguar X-Type is 3400 to 3500 pounds. The 2002 Jaguar X-Type is 183.9 inches long.

The Jaguar X-Type is equipped with four wheel speed sensors, one for each wheel. These sensors are part of the vehicle's anti-lock braking system (ABS) and traction control system, helping to monitor wheel speed and ensure optimal braking performance. Additionally, there may be other sensors related to the transmission, but the primary wheel speed sensors are four in total.
Go to autozone.com type in oxygen sensor and it will allow you to pull up a diagram of all o2 sensors
Your O2 sensors have detected too much oxygen in the exhaust, clean the MAF sensor, a dirty one is the most probable cause. If you are using an aftermarket ( oiled ) air filter too much oil will foul the sensor.
