there is no dip stick, the system is sealed. look for leaks,if not the system is alright.
how do you check transmission fluid in 2001 bmw car
You remove the transmission dip stick. You will need a small funnel that will fit in the tube where the stick goes in at to check fluid level in transmission. Put fluid in there.
2001 Malibu's have a sealed transmission. They don't have a dip stick.
It may not have a dipstick for the transmission fluid. Have to take it to a garage. My Honda Passport 2001 is in this category.
On the 2001 Jaguar XJ8 Vanden Plas, the transmission fluid dipstick is located near the back of the engine bay, on the passenger side. It is typically a yellow or orange handle, making it easier to identify. To check the transmission fluid level, ensure the engine is running and warm, and then pull out the dipstick, wipe it clean, reinsert it, and check the level.
It doesn't have one. VW says the transmission fluid is for the "life of the transmission." Scary.
There is a dip stick next to the battery. Don't mix it up with oil dip stick. Remove the dip stick and add fluid through the dip stick opening.
Need to know make and model of vehicle in order to answer this.
There is no dip stick for the transmission. there is a drain / fill plug on the side. Open the plug. if fluid comes out you are good. if not fill until fluid drains out.
It goes in the same hole as the dip stick.
there is tranny fluid but its built in there is no way to check it, i was told these buy the dealer it never burns it ????? hopefully this helps
put it in the place that says Transmission fluid. It Goes in the same place that the dip stick is in. So when checking for transmission fluid, if it is low, just add a little bit in that same place.
