Answer Volvo window relayThe relay is on the far right side, high up and behind the center console which houses the heater controls, emergency flasher switch, etc... I have a sticky relay on my 1991 240. Sometimes I can just perform a "Fonzie pound" with my fist just to the right (passeger side) of the center tray and have the electric window work again (you would be hitting toward the left, not straight on).
