The low pressure freon port is located on the low pressure line that is attach to the ac compressor (driver side). Safely jack up the car, look underneath at the compressor, then located the low pressure line (larger diameter). There you'll find the port underneath a cap.

Freon is added into the low side ac port. Using the proper type Freon, and a gauge that works with that type Freon, connect the hose to the port. With the engine running allow the Freon to flow until the gauge reads in the ok range.

To add freon to a 2002 Jaguar S-Type, first locate the low-pressure service port, which is typically found on the larger line connecting the AC compressor to the evaporator. Ensure the engine is running and the AC is set to the maximum cool setting. Attach the refrigerant can's nozzle to the low-pressure port, then open the valve on the can to release freon while monitoring the pressure gauge. Avoid overfilling, and if you're unsure, it's best to consult a professional technician.
